- In case of high tides, the captain may adjust the route for safety.
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Participants join at their own risk for loss, injury, or property damage.
- Weapons, drugs, alcohol strictly prohibited — violators will be removed immediately.
- Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings if terms are violated.
- Event is only for families and stags won’t be accommodated.
- Delay in food / loss of food temperature is normal at sea.
- No complaints shall be taken on any complimentary services provided by the team.
- Change of mind is not applicable. The reservation is not for private booking; there will be other families and couples as well.
