*People opting for by air route will leave a day later from Karachi and arrive a day earlier in Karachi.

• Day 01: Departure from Karachi and travel to Islamabad via Bus/Train (flight passengers leave next day).
• Day 02: Arrival in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, hotel check-in, rest, and overnight stay.
• Day 03: Long journey to Jaglot/Gonar Farm via Besham with breakfast and short stops.
• Day 04: Travel from Jaglot to Skardu with stops at Astak Nala and Upper/Lower Kachura Lakes.
• Day 05: Day trip to Manthokha Waterfall, Shigar Fort, and Sarfaranga Cold Desert.
• Day 06: 4×4 trip to Basho Valley and Chocolate Mountains, then return to Skardu.
• Day 07: Checkout and travel from Skardu to Besham with multiple short stops.
• Day 08: Visit Khanpur Lake for water activities and return to Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Day 09: Checkout and travel back to Karachi via bus/train/flight.
• Day 10: Arrival back home in Karachi.

• All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
• No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
• Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
• Refunds for bus, train, or flight tickets depend on the provider’s policy. Eventica will assist but isn’t liable for delays or deductions.

• Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc. will be provided on the departure day i.e. Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once received, kindly coordinate with the guide for further correspondence.
• Seats in Coaster/Grand Cabin/Jeep are not reserved in advance and are on a rotation policy from the first day of the trip (One day in front, the next in middle or back and so on). Eventica Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats. We encourage cooperation, especially in accommodating elderly members and seat changes can be made by mutual understanding.
• For Gents: Keep 2-3 jeans or trousers, a few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella and a trekking stick (optional).
• For Ladies: Keep 3-4 suits, jacket, joggers, raincoat/umbrella, shawl and a trekking stick (optional).
• Bring your toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
• Please follow the tour guide’s instructions throughout the trip.
• Please note that during stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
• Travelers must carry essential medications such as road sickness medicine, Panadol, and Flagyl. If you have any specific medical condition or require medication, please inform us beforehand.
• Carry enough cash for personal expenses as ATMs may not be available at all locations.
• Members should report one hour before departure time. Please be punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being dropped anywhere/anytime.
• Ideal luggage weight should be around 10kg. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking. Also carry a backpack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
• Members must behave ethically and respectfully with fellow trip members. Avoid any religious or political arguments during the trip.
• Fact About Jaglot/Goner Farm Stay: It is located along the Karakoram Highway connecting Islamabad to Hunza and Skardu, serving as a convenient rest stop for travellers on long journeys. Jaglot experiences hot weather and accommodation is generally of a basic category but provides essential amenities including air-coolers. However, it may lack the comfort and facilities found in Islamabad or other destinations. Keeping the travel plan in mind, Jaglot/Goner Farm is chosen as the next destination is a further 4 hours away. Please manage expectations accordingly.
• Expect weak mobile network in certain areas (and no network in some locations). Carry a power bank as charging facilities may be limited.
• We advise confirming your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slots before they are filled.
• Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandonment of the trip on the spot.
• At high altitudes, guests may experience dizziness due to lower oxygen levels. Parents with infants, elderly travellers, and asthmatic patients are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions.
