- Day 00 (Friday): Assemble at Millennium Mall Karachi late night and depart for Gorakh Hills.
- Day 01 (Saturday): Travel via Sehwan / Dadu & Wahi Pandi, jeep ride to Gorakh Hills, enjoy sightseeing, sunset, bonfire & camp stay.
- Day 02 (Sunday): Breakfast, depart from Gorakh Hills, travel back via Sehwan / Dadu, and arrive in Karachi by night.
- Break-fast (1 Time) at Sehwan / Dadu: Tea – Paratha – Omlette/Half Fry – Channa/Daal – Water
- Lunch (1 time) at Gorakh: Chicken Biryani – Shami Kabab – Raita & Salad – Cold Drink – Water
- Dinner (1 time) at Gorakh: Chicken Karhai – Chapati – Daal / Saag – Raita & Salad – Cold Drinks – Water
- Break-fast (1 time) at Gorakh: Tea – Pratha – Anda – Chana – Aloo Ki Tarkaari – Water

Note: The room confirmation is subject to availability.
- 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
- 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
- 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
- 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.
Notes:
- All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
- No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
- Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
- Full payment required a day before departure.
- Group registration form is mandatory.
- Original CNIC must be carried.
- Child’s B-Form needed; extra charges if age limit exceeded.
- Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC needed for separate rooms.
- Trip requires 10–12 people; full refund if canceled by Eventica.
- Eventica may cancel any trip with a refund.
- Itinerary may change due to conditions.
- Closed spots will be replaced by alternates.
- Bus leaves 15 mins after scheduled time.
- Misbehavior can lead to removal from trip.
- Eventica not liable for personal loss or injury.
- No refund if member exits trip midway.
- No refund for weather or political issues.
- Extra costs due to delays are on the member.
- Illegal items are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Violating terms may cancel your booking.
- Departure details will be shared Friday after Jummah; coordinate with your guide after that.
- Travel light – ideal luggage is 05kg + a small backpack.
- Gents: 2–3 jeans, shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick.
- Ladies: 3–4 suits, jacket, joggers, shawl, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick.
- Bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc).
- Keep a water bottle with you throughout the journey.
- Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
- Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers – plan accordingly.
- Bring essential meds (e.g., road sickness, Panadol, Flagyl); inform us of medical conditions in advance.
- Carry enough cash – ATMs may not be available.
- Report 1 hour before departure; late arrivals may be left behind.
- No pre-reserved seats – first-come, first-served on Day 1; cooperate & respect elders.
- Maintain ethical behavior; avoid political or religious arguments.
- Expect weak/no mobile network in some areas; carry a power bank.
- Book at least a week in advance to secure your slot.
- Read and follow all T\&Cs – violations may result in removal from the trip.
