- Day 01: Depart from Karachi and travel to Islamabad by bus/train.
- Day 02: Arrive in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, check-in at hotel, rest and overnight stay.
- Day 03: Travel from Islamabad to Kalam with short stops, check-in and explore Kalam Bazaar.
- Day 04: Full-day jeep tour to Upper Kalam including Osho Forest, Palogah Village & Mahodand Lake.
- Day 05: Travel to Malam Jabba for activities, then move to Mingora for overnight stay.
- Day 06: Travel from Mingora to Balakot via scenic route with river stopover.
- Day 07: Day trip to Shogran & Siri Paye Meadows via jeep, return to Balakot.
- Day 08: Visit Khanpur Lake for water activities and return to Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
- Day 09: Checkout and travel back to Karachi by bus/train or flight.

- 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
- 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.

- All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
- No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
- Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
- Refunds for bus, train, or flight tickets depend on the provider’s policy. Eventica will assist but isn’t liable for delays or deductions.
- Full payment required a day before departure.

- Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC needed for separate rooms.
- Trip requires 10–12 people; full refund if canceled by Eventica.

- Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc. will be provided on the departure day (Friday after Jummah prayer). Coordinate with the guide for further correspondence.
- Seats in Coaster/Grand Cabin/Jeep follow a rotation policy from the first day (front, middle, back). Cooperation is encouraged, especially for elderly members.
- For gents: keep 2-3 jeans/trousers, shirts, T-shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, and an optional trekking stick.
- For ladies: keep 3-4 suits, jacket, joggers, raincoat/umbrella, shawl, and an optional trekking stick.
- Bring personal toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
- Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
- Follow the tour guide’s instructions throughout the trip.
- Full payment must be made one day before departure.
- Each member must fill out an undertaking/group registration form.
- Every participant must carry their original CNIC.
- Child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form is mandatory for registration; additional charges apply if age bracket differs.
- Married couples requesting separate rooms must provide a photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC.
- Minimum 10–12 members required to confirm a trip; if canceled by Eventica Travels, members get a 100% refund or transfer.
- Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings or trips anytime with refunds.
- Itineraries or hotels may change due to unforeseen circumstances or improvements.
- Alternate routes may be used if any spot is closed.
- In case of late arrival, the bus will depart after 15 minutes; no responsibility or refund afterward.
- Eventica may cancel any member’s trip for misbehavior with others.
- Members travel at their own risk regarding loss, injury, accident, damage, or delay.
- No refunds if a member leaves during the trip.
- No refunds in case of rain, landslides, strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
- Additional expenses due to such incidents must be borne by members.
- During stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
- Carry essential medicines like Panadol, Flagyl, and motion sickness tablets; inform the team of any medical condition.
- Carry enough cash for personal expenses; ATMs may not be available in all areas.
- Report at least one hour before departure and be punctual throughout the trip.
- Ideal luggage weight is 10kg; travel light and carry a backpack for convenience.
- Behave ethically and respectfully with other members; avoid religious or political discussions.
- Expect weak or no mobile signals in some areas; carry a power bank as charging may be limited.
- Confirm your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slot.
- Read and follow all terms and conditions; violations may lead to trip cancellation on the spot.
- At high altitudes, dizziness may occur due to low oxygen; elderly, infants, and asthma patients should take precautions.
